The Garden & Heated Pool
Three distinct outdoor spaces wrap around the villa, each with its own character and rhythm — from morning coffee in the sunshine to candlelit dinners under the stars.
The South-Facing Front Patio
A true highlight of the villa — designed to capture sunlight from dawn to dusk. Even when the air temperature is just 20°C, the direct sun keeps this sheltered terrace wonderfully warm and cosy. Gather around the 6-person dining table, or sink into the lounge chairs tucked beside the greenery. Wind-sheltered, sun-drenched, and utterly peaceful.
The West-Facing Side Garden
An ideal spot for a lazy afternoon drink with friends. Sun pours in from midday through to sunset, and you can always keep an eye on the pool from here. Relaxed, social, and perfectly positioned for golden-hour moments.
The Private Heated Pool Terrace
Step out to the back garden and find your own private heated swimming pool — comfortable for a dip year-round. Modern sunbeds on lush artificial turf invite you to soak up the rays, with the pool catching full sun from midday through sunset. When you need shade, a covered patio with a second 6-person dining table and a BBQ is right there. Evenings here, with the pool lit up and dinner on the grill, are something special.
After dark
The Villa By Night
As the sun sets over Fuerteventura, Villa Solymar transforms. Warm garden lights illuminate the palm trees and volcanic borders, the pool glows in the dark, and the covered terrace becomes the perfect spot for a long dinner under the stars. The evenings here have a quiet magic of their own.
Indoors
The Living Room
Two areas flow seamlessly into one: a dining zone for 6 and a generous lounge anchored by a large sofa for four and two deep armchairs arranged around an elegant wooden coffee table. Stream your favourite shows via the Amazon Firestick (Netflix, Prime, Apple TV and more), connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker, and recharge on the wireless charger — high-speed WiFi is just a metre from the TV. French windows open directly onto the garden and pool, blurring the line between inside and out.
Indoors
The Kitchen
A large, fully equipped kitchen so you never feel like you’re making do on holiday. Everything you need is here: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, oven, kettle, and Nespresso machine. Serious cooks will appreciate the quality Victorinox knife set and 18-piece cutlery service. Plenty of plates, glasses, and pans complete the picture — plus a washing machine and dryer tucked to the side. Cooking on holiday, done properly.
Sleep
The Bedrooms
Three rooms, three personalities — each with air conditioning and carefully selected mattresses, because a great stay begins with a great night’s sleep.
The Master Bedroom & Ensuite
A spacious queen room (160 × 200 cm) with two large wardrobes, quality bedside lighting, and a choice of four pillows (two medium, two large) on a premium mattress selected in October 2025. The private ensuite bathroom features double basins, a walk-in shower, and toilet. Each guest receives three towel sets: small, medium, and a beach towel.
Clara’s Bedroom
Named for our daughter, who personally selected every frame and piece of decoration in this room. Two comfortable single beds (80 × 190 cm) with quality mattresses, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a small private balcony overlooking the back garden. Light, cheerful, and full of personality.
Matthias’s Bedroom
Our son’s room — decorated entirely by Matthias himself, who really hopes you’ll enjoy it. Two single beds (80 × 200 cm) with brand-new mattresses (February 2026), a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and its own small balcony. He’s left big shoes to fill, but the room truly speaks for itself.
Bathrooms
The Shared Bathroom
A second full bathroom is shared between Clara and Matthias’s bedrooms, featuring a large basin, bathtub, bidet, and toilet. On the ground floor near the entrance, a convenient guest WC doubles as a changing room before jumping in the pool.
